MilanApartmentRental.com manages its bookings through Myland s.a.s. di III-Re S.r.l. To reserve an apartment: 1. | Contact us to agree availability & pricing, including amount of Booking Deposit
| 2. | Send your Booking Deposit (in Euros) by: -
Credit/debit card either directly (Visa/MasterCard) or via PayPal (press the PAY NOW button on the right)
- Money wire-transfer to our bank account
- Cash - in person or by insured courier/mail

| 3. | Receive our booking confirmation in due course (see notes below). |
Notes: - Booking Deposit terms
A
non refundable Booking Deposit (‘BD’) is required to secure your booking: usually 30% of the rent, with a minimum of 250 euros. When you check-in to your apartment on the booked date the BD will be credited in full against your rent. (The amount credited will be the BD actually received by us, net of any bank/transmission charges.) In case of failure to check-in and/or pay the rent within 24 hours after the booked arrival date, you will forfeit your reservation and your BD.
- Booking confirmation
We will only confirm a booking upon receipt of your BD. In the unlikely event that another guest had in the interim paid their deposit for the last apartment at your location, we will contact you to agree the terms of a new booking, or else refund your BD within 48 hours.
- Bookings
Reservations are accepted for a given location and if more apartments are available at the same location/address, for a given apartment price category. If you have a preference for a specific apartment at any given location we will endeavour to accommodate this. We reserve the right to transfer you to a similar or better apartment at the same address, or within the same area if not available at the same location.

Credit Cards
We accept Visa & MasterCard (and also Amex in person at our office) as a form of payment. You can print, sign and fax our Visa/MasterCard payment authorisation.pdf
