Reservations MilanApartmentRental.com manages its bookings through Myland s.a.s. di III-Re S.r.l. To reserve an apartment:

Send your Booking Confirmation Deposit (in Euros) by: - Credit/debit card via PayPal (press the PAY NOW button on the right)
- Money wire-transfer to our bank account
- Cash - in person or by insured courier/mail

| 3. | Receive our booking confirmation in due course (see notes below). |
Notes: - Booking Confirmation Deposit terms
A non refundable Booking Confirmation Deposit (‘BCD’) is required to secure your booking: usually 30%
of the rent, with a minimum of 250 euros. When you check-in to your apartment on the booked date the BCD will be credited in full against your rent. (The amount credited will be the BCD actually received by us, net of any bank/transmission charges.) In case of failure to check-in and/or pay the rent within 24 hours after the booked arrival date, you will forfeit your reservation and your BCD.
- Booking confirmation
We will only confirm a booking upon receipt of your deposit. In the unlikely event that another guest had in the interim paid their deposit for the last apartment at your location, we will contact you to agree the terms of a new booking, or refund your deposit within 48 hours.
- Bookings
Reservations are accepted for a given location and if more apartments are available at the same
location/address, for a given apartment type. If you have a preference for a specific apartment at any given location we will endeavour to accommodate this. We reserve the right to transfer you to a similar or better apartment at the same address, or within the same area if not available at the same location.
- PayPal
“PayPal allows any business or consumer with an email address to securely, conveniently and cost
-effectively send and receive payments online”. To send us a payment now via PayPal using your credit/debit card, simply click on the ‘Pay Now’ button at the top of this page. PayPal, an eBay company, is available in more than 190 countries.
- Money wire-transfer
To pay directly to our bank account, ask us for our IBAN - International Bank Account Number.
