Rates will fluctuate with market demand, eg:
- Major Milan trade fairs and events - eg Salone del Mobile in April
- Discounts are often available in August and December |

Daily rental prices include a provision of 2kWh per person: excess is charged at €0.50/kWh

| Satellite TV | Our apartments in piazza Luigi di Savoia and in via Pola are equipped with Satellite TV with hundreds of channels from three satellites: Astra1, Astra2 and Hotbird. Includes English BBC, German, French, Spanish and Arabic channels for €35/week
| Telephone | In some apartments we can provide you with a telephone line, with a direct incoming number at which you can be reached for free. The line costs 30 euros per week and there is a variable cost based on calls made.

Extra Person | Typical prices shown in table above are for 2 persons in Studios and Suites and for full occupancy (5-6 persons) in Large Suites
For the third and the fourth guest staying at our Suites we charge additional 20 euro per day
